Tyrannosaur tooth Gorgosaurus libratus
Discovered in the famed Judith River Formation, Hill County, Montana, this tooth belongs to the tyrannosaur Gorgosaurus. Dated to approximately 76 million years ago (Late Cretaceous, Campanian). The specimen has absolutely amazing enamel with beautiful color patterns.
Measuring 1,5 cm (0.59 inch), the tooth is in flawless condition, with no restoration or repair – a 100% natural specimen. It was collected on private deeded land, with permission. Very nice serrations.
